Licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) — San Francisco Peninsula Health Link Home Health and Hospice is a trusted provider of comprehensive home health services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. For nearly 20 years, we've been dedicated to high-quality care and better outcomes for our patients. As we approach our anniversary, we're looking for people who share our commitment to join the team. We're hiring a high-energy, compassionate, organized HHA on the San Francisco Peninsula. You'll work closely with our Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and front office team to coordinate patient care, and provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in line with each established care plan.
