Job Description: Position Summary: The primary role of the Resident Assistant is to assist, sustain, and nurture the residents that live on Enhanced Living. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, care of the resident’s environment, and meet other needs as required. The goal of the work of the resident assistant is to promote a high quality of life for the residents. The resident assistant works as a member of a team that seeks to achieve a homelike setting while maintaining excellence in all areas of care.
