Job Description: I. Position Summary The inpatient pharmacy technician supports pharmacists in the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services. Responsibilities include medication preparation and distribution, inventory management, regulatory compliance, customer service, and maintenance of pharmacy records. II. Work Schedule (Per Diem) The pharmacy schedule is created six weeks in advance. A few weeks before the upcoming schedule is posted, per diem staff are asked to submit at least six shifts of availability (not a commitment to work all six) to support scheduling flexibility.
