Job Objective: The Network Administrator II builds upon foundational networking knowledge and contributes to the administration of LAN/WAN systems, security enforcement, and field site connectivity. This role performs with increasing independence, resolving moderate network issues, implementing upgrades, and collaborating with vendors, IT teams, and SCADA partners to ensure system reliability and compliance with operational requirements. Essential Job Responsibilities: Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, and wireless access points under guidance. Troubleshoot network issues like network slowness, IP conflicts, and routing issues. Support DNS/DHCP, VPN tunnels, VLAN design, and SDWAN/WAN routing.
