Job Objective: Reporting directly to the General Counsel this position will be a key member of Harvest’s legal team. This position will be responsible for domestic midstream and other energy infrastructure transactions as well as other areas of legal, e.g., litigation management, general contracts, labor/employment law, etc. Essential Job Responsibilities: Provides analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues to include the following: commercial contracts, acquisitions, financial transactions, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing and contract agreements, regulatory requirements, compliance issues, and business planning.
