What You'll Be Doing Visit multiple aggregate operations to gain exposure to quarry, plant, and production processes. Support operational improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality control, and leadership teams on site-based initiatives.
