About this role

For our Competence Center Readymix (CCR) Europe, we are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager (f/m/d). The Performance Improvement (PI) Manager will drive performance improvement across our Readymix (RMC) operations by enhancing financial and non-financial KPIs . This role involves planning, communicating, and leading optimization initiatives, coordinating with various teams, and promoting continuous improvement across the entire RMC value chain. This position is located in Heidelberg, Germany and you will report to the Director Global CCR. YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Drive performance improvement by enhancing operational and financial KPIs at RMC operations.
