What You'll Be Doing Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems and services with a strong focus on Network management in a Cisco CLI environment Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable and reliable IT operations Configure and coordinate the installation or replacement of network infrastructure components at our remote locations.
