Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate dredging equipment to safely and efficiently extract raw materials in accordance with production goals. Monitor dredge systems and controls to maintain optimal performance and material quality. Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues to support reliable operations.
