Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. The Plant Operator supports Asphalt Operations across our Acheson and Edmonton East plants. This full-time role will work between both locations and is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of asphalt production equipment while supporting plant maintenance, product quality, and day-to-day production requirements.
