BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION As a key member of the Global Compliance team, you will own the end-to-end implementation of product safety and compliance initiatives, ensuring full alignment with global regulatory requirements and client expectations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Units (BU), Product Development (PD), Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and other operational teams to drive continuous improvement in product safety and compliance performance. This role demands independent project management capabilities, deep technical expertise in global safety standards, and proactive stakeholder engagement—all to deliver timely, compliant product outcomes.
