About this role

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer will work closely with Help AG’s Managed Security Controls unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects that protect enterprise environments. Requirements Responsibilities Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.) Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers. Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.…
