Regional Program Coordinator

Job Summary The Program Coordinator will oversee the administration and operations of after-school and summer programs. They will ensure a positive, safe, and enriching environment, in accordance with Henrico Education Foundation policies, procedures, and mission, working alongside their team of Center Directors and site staff. Essential Functions Program Oversight & Operations Oversee the administration and operation of multiple after-school and summer programs, including implementing policies and procedures; planning and purchasing; staff promotion, hiring, and training; staff development; risk management; and ongoing program evaluation.
