About this role

International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. is currently looking for a: Duty Baggage Services Supervisor Responsibilities Supports the BHS operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT), including commissioning, testing, readiness reviews, operational trials and go-live preparations. Validates baggage processes, system interfaces and operational procedures. Develops, tests and activates SOPs, contingency plans, and manual fallback procedures, coordinating recovery actions when required. Participates in risk assessments, safety and security reviews, ensuring that identified hazards are tracked and resolved. Supports baggage service standards, KPIs, reporting and escalation activities, in accordance with the Airport Emergency Plan and applicable procedures.…
