Salary Range: $14.00 - $50.00 DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK Under the supervision of the Aquatics Manager and Assistant Aquatics Manager, junior lifeguards are responsible for the constant safety and well-being of all patrons at all times, with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies in shallow water as well as responsible for the supervision of swimmers and spectators, enforcement of safety protocols, and providing a fun and enjoyable environment for all. Must be able to identify life-threatening situations and act in a level-headed and appropriate manner during all emergencies.
