Salary Range: $39,661.18 - $77,206.74 DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK Recruiting and testing work performed under the general direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, with both general and specific assignments being received. The individual in this position is responsible for the preparation and administration of all pre-employment and promotional testing, recruitment, records and other Human Resources transactions and requiring a thorough knowledge and understanding of the City’s policies, as well as the rules and regulations.
