We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collections Specialist to help get deals back on track, reduce defaults, and protect portfolio performance . This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing losses. You will work directly with merchants to resolve payment issues , restructure payment plans when appropriate , and cure accounts before they become full defaults .
