Job Title: Honors Adviser Department: Honors Scholar Program Supervisor: Dr. Nathan Hedman Starting Rate of Pay: $8.50 Length of Time: Eligible for rehire on a semester basis. Department Description The Honors Scholar Program offers students a unique and challenging set of interdisciplinary courses that promote intellectual curiosity and problem solving. Honors scholars engage in collaborative project-based learning experiences throughout their courses and co-curriculum. The program emphasizes research skills, ethical and cultural awareness, community-building, and reflective practice. Job Description Honors Advisers attend the weekly colloquium (Tuesdays, 12-1), engage the assigned reading, and lead their respective sections in dialogue.…
