About this role
Your mission We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support daily HR operations in Germany. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, HR compliance coordination, and administrative support in an international environment. The role focuses approximately 70% on HR operations and projects, and 30% on recruitment and coordination support. At the same time, we are in the early stages of company building, which involves organizational restructuring between companies.
