Role Overview
University of Arizona Hillel is seeking a Engagement Manager to help lead and grow Jewish student life at one of the largest campuses in the country.
This role combines relationship-based engagement, student leadership development, and advocacy. You will build meaningful relationships with students, mentor emerging leaders, help students navigate challenges facing Jewish life on campus, and create opportunities for them to connect with Judaism, community, Israel, and one another.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector, confident leader, and strong communicator who is energized by working directly with students and helping them turn ideas into action.
