Compensation Range: $51,934.60 - $89,641.28 Position Summary: Pay Rate: Faculty members will be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union Grade 2: Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in field $51,934.60 Grade 2+: Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $54,594.23 Grade 1: PhD in major field $57,255.05 Up to four salary steps may be applied to the starting salary based on experience.
