Department: Campus Management Office Job Posting Details The University is now looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Building Services (Operation & Maintenance) Team – HVAC Division. The appointee will participate in the operation and maintenance of the University’s HVAC installations, control of HVAC systems, etc. to ensure they are operated and maintained in a safe, reliable and efficient manner. The appointee will be responsible for the following duties: Supervise in-house staff and outside contractors. Monitor manpower and material resources for routine repair and maintenance works. Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, campus users and outside contractors on the planned preventive maintenance, daily operation, replacement, improvement and upgrading works.…
