What We're Looking For Are you interested in being part of a fast-paced team that focuses on providing safe and efficient routing for the trucking/transportation industry? We're seeking a Customer Service Processing Technician I. This is a customer service-focused position located on-site at the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Oversize/Overweight Permit Unit in Garner, North Carolina. Primary Focus Will Include: • Providing excellent customer service • Utilizing mapping and other software applications • Processing phone and online permit applications for NCDOT Oversize/Overweight Permit Unit What You’ll Do: Evaluates the state highway system infrastructure for proposed routing of specialty vehicles requiring permits such as oversize and/or overweight trucks.…
