Your Impact:
Oversee entire facility maintenance responsibilities, include managing repairs
Establish schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
Work with contractors, vendors, and the national and facility management teams to address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
