Position Purpose: The License Research Specialist is responsible for supporting and overseeing the daily operations of the License Research team to ensure Service Providers remain compliant with all license and lead certificate requirements across applicable states and territories. This role conducts research and analysis on existing and new licensing requirements, reviews license and lead documentation submitted by Service Providers (~2400), confirms license standing and categorization with municipalities, and verifies that license holders have valid background records in the Contractor Advantage system.…
