About this role

Pay Range: $135,000/yr. – $165,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications Here at Home Market Foods, we’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to drive performance, efficiency, and team development across our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations while partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and build a high-performing, accountable team.
