📍 Location: This position is based onsite at our Production Facility in South Windsor, CT.
⚠️ Please note: This role requires hands-on Cost Accounting experience within a full production manufacturing environment.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Plant Controller, Operations Finance will be responsible for all aspects of supply chain & plant controllership functions. This includes operational metrics, cost accounting, logistics, maintenance, expense, and inventory cost control in our CT facility. This leader will be responsible for standing up the financials for the CT plant, support senior management and operations with analysis and financial information and act upon analysis to maintain high quality standards and improve upon operational efficiencies, policies, and procedures in place.…
