Business Growth, Cross-Sell & Target Delivery Drive the Share Margin Financing business to meet AUM, loan, revenue targets. Formulate and execute strategies to grow the SMF portfolio, and optimize product pricing and spreads to be market competitive Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by embedding SMF within broader Wealth solutions (e.g., unit trust, bonds, insurance, structured products). Collaborate with Relationship Managers / Sales distribution network to generate referrals and enhance client engagement. Conduct regular training, product refreshers, and coaching sessions to ensure RMs are updated on product, processes and compliance requirements.…
