About this role

In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the constituency office by assisting with the Member’s communications, organizing and prioritizing correspondence, and serving as the first point of contact for constituents. Working closely with the Member of Parliament, you will provide a combination of administrative and client service supports, including answering calls, greeting visitors, responding to emails, managing client casework, and assisting with data entry and filing.
