About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Clinical Operations Team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective training and development of pharmacists and care coordinators on specialty pharmacy workflow and best practices. The Trainer will be responsible for designing the training strategy & approach at House Rx, creating new training content, as well as maintaining and updating existing training materials to reflect current standards and guidelines. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design comprehensive educational programs to ensure team members excel in their role.…
