About this role

EMEA Benefits Analyst Description - Job Summary This role provides regional benefits support across EMEA while also leading Country Total Rewards programs in selected countries in Central and Eastern Europe, such as Bulgaria and Romania. It supports the EMEA Benefits Lead in benefits governance and regional program delivery. The role partners closely with Global and Country Total Rewards, HR, other internal teams, and external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery aligned with regional and global Total Rewards strategy.
