Managed Services Delivery Enablement Program Manager Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for supervising Managed Service Delivery (MSD) enablement projects of substantial size and complexity, spanning across multiple regions. The role manages relationships with MSD Operations teams across regional theatres, oversees Management of Change activities devoted to deploy Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) practice and leads multi-functional project teams to deploy new or improvement processes, tools and people capabilities to bring incremental efficiency to 600+ CDMs that are in charge of delivering the value of contractual services to customers.…
