Print Consumer Care Pack Global Portfolio Manager Description - The consumer Care Pack team is seeking for a Service Portfolio Manager to lead the global print Care Pack portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product teams to influence an align on the Care Pack strategy and roadmaps (HW, SW/Solutions, Services), work with regional teams, GTM owners and the Customer Support Organization to understand and address customer and/or market needs, gaps, risks, and issues related to Print Consumer Care Pack. You will be responsible for enabling Care Pack sku's, activating CP bundles with consumer printers NPIs and provide on-going support and maintenance for print Care Pack Services portfolio, tools, and processes related to the success of consumer services.…
