About this role

Dein Aufgabenbereich Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Softwareprojekte von der Idee bis zum Rollout. Du setzt Scrum- und Kanban-Methoden gezielt ein, moderierst Dailys, Reviews und Retrospektiven. Du sorgst für klare Abstimmung zwischen internen Teams, Kunden und Stakeholdern. Transparent, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert. Du arbeitest täglich mit Jira und Confluence, pflegst Backlogs, dokumentierst Fortschritte und stellst Projekttransparenz sicher. Du planst Aufgaben realistisch, priorisierst und behältst Deadlines, Aufwand und Verfügbarkeit im Blick.
