About this role

As part of the Social Transformation Team, our vision is to recruit and build teams of congregation members, to train and equip them, to walk alongside those on the margins of society in London, bridging them to the love of Jesus. We serve those in our four ministry “pillars”: prisons, homeless, women and displaced. The Shelter Manager is responsible for the Shelter ministry, including oversight and operation of the HTB Shelter(s), within the HTB Social Transformation department. This currently includes the Wed AM, Wed PM, and Thu AM Shelter, including oversight of the external partnership with Glassdoor Homeless Charity to operate all HTB Night Shelter(s) across different HTB sites (currently QG and EC).
