Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Agilist to drive Agile transformation and support enterprise engineering teams. This role goes beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies and requires strong Agile coaching, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile practices in enterprise environments, removing organizational impediments, collaborating with Information Security teams, and supporting AI-focused initiatives.
