About this role

This is a full-time assignment supporting the program from the Explore phase through deployment and hypercare. The role requires substantial onsite presence at Japan-based sites, including support across multiple shifts during training delivery, cutover, and hypercare. The OCM / Training Lead will work closely with the Program Manager, workstream leads, plant management, local HR, and training and communications teams.
