This Senior Counsel role is responsible for providing counsel on a wide range of matters related to PBM and pharmacy services, including regulatory compliance; contract drafting, negotiation, and management; and risk management. This position will focus on supporting Humana’s internal pharmacy benefit manager and pharmacy in the following areas: Provide legal support for strategic initiatives, including contract negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers and ERISA self-funded employee welfare benefit plans.
