Importante empresa de fondos colectivos ( para adquirir vehículos y propiedades ), se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Jefe Comercial para la ciudad de CHICLAYO. REQUISITOS: Profesional universitario. Experiencia mínima de 02 años liderando equipo de ventas, como Supervisor o Jefe, habiendo manejado equipos comerciales de +40 personas (INDISPENSABLE). Experiencia en reclutamiento de personal y de capacitación a la fuerza de ventas y supervisores. Indispensable experiencia en captación de nuevos clientes, en sectores como: INMOBILIARIO, AUTOMOTRIZ, Retail, Seguros.
