Acts as a technical resource and educational lead to ensure an efficient operation. Works with lab management to perform various administrative tasks that ensure section/shift operates in an efficient, effective manner. This position requires flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting in a leadership role required.…
