Job Description : Asset Reliability Specialist Rubicon is seeking an Asset Health Superintendent supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar . This position will report to the Asset Health Superintendent. Job Scope The Asset Reliability Specialist oversees the lifecycle, performance, and integrity of critical physical assets to maximize reliability, optimize cost, and support long-term operational goals. This role ensures assets are maintained, tracked, and improved through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
