Job Description : ACCOUNTABILITIES / OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF POS. Zero classified accident through constant improvement on belief and act in EHS. Ensure purchasing activities in compliance with legal regulation and company’s guideline. Develop purchasing strategy and lead the purchasing activity for the assigned category (Diluent & Amines& Supporting epoxy resin etc.), understand the technology and supply base of the category (capacity, technology mapping and market pricing). Deliver sustainable cost saving. Minimize risk and increase leverage by moving away from single sourcing and introducing new vendors for competition. Manage suppliers relationship to secure supply with competitive cost. Lead sourcing activity in New product initiative and transfer product projects.…
