About this role

The Opportunity: In this position, the incumbent will begin their insurance brokerage training and development journey and is responsible for supporting assigned service teams by providing excellent service and deliverables to internal stakeholders in accordance with Hylant standards. In This Opportunity You Will Execute On: Grow and develop knowledge in insurance as well as Hylant’s servicing tools and processes to obtain Life & Health Insurance License. Cross train to support all benefit functions (implementation, advocacy, compliance, marketing, member engagement, health strategies, and data analysis). Provide high volume tactical client service support to client service teams as requested. Such as: Running reports and distributing to internal teams.…
