Job Purpose
The Operations Supervisor is the first line of leadership on the Cedar Park production floor, responsible for the safety, quality, delivery, and people performance of an assigned shift or work area within KARNO generator assembly. This role ensures production teams operate safely and in compliance with standard work, drives structured problem-solving to resolve quality and process issues, and manages daily staffing, output, and schedule attainment to meet takt and delivery commitments.…
