About this role

Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Operations-Teams arbeitest du im Hintergrund und hältst unseren Account Managern den Rücken frei. Du übernimmst die operativen Aufgaben, die sich aus der Betreuung unserer Kunden ergeben – beispielsweise das Anlegen von Produkten, Uploads, Datenpflege, Kunden-Onboardings oder die Kommunikation mit dem Amazon-Support. Als operativer Tandem-Partner unserer Account Manager setzt du die anfallenden Aufgaben strukturiert und gewissenhaft um. Deine Aufgaben: Du bearbeitest die operativen Aufgaben, die dir von unseren Account Managern zugewiesen werden. Du führst Kunden-Onboardings durch und richtest neue Kunden und Accounts nach definierten Prozessen ein. Du legst Produkte in Amazon an, pflegst Produktdaten und prüfst diese auf Vollständigkeit.…
