Job Summary** Oversee and implement Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs and regulations within a specific Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. Job Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company standards and local regulations for the assigned SBU. * Conduct regular SHE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance. * Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Provide SHE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels within the SBU. * Maintain accurate records of SHE performance, incidents, inspections, and training.…
