As a Field Access Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare systems and removing barriers that prevent patients from receiving the treatments they need. Working closely with healthcare stakeholders, payers, hospitals, and cross-functional Novartis teams, you will drive access strategies that create meaningful impact for patients while supporting successful product launches and sustainable access solutions across the healthcare landscape.
