About this role
We are seeking an experienced and business-minded Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department. This role was created as a strategic investment in the Company's continued growth and is intended to strengthen and expand the Legal Department's internal capabilities in the areas of litigation and conflict resolution, labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and executive-level legal support. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel in partnership with the Executive Team and business leadership to support litigation and conflict management, employment law matters, commercial contracting, compliance initiatives, and strategic projects.…
