Job Description Summary Job Description 岗位职责 负责核电/能源领域大型复杂核心零件的工艺方案落地，独立完成车、三轴及多轴铣的UG NX数控编程 使用VERICUT完成全流程加工仿真，确保程序零碰撞、零过切 使用TCL语言结合机床、工艺经验，解决定制化后处理器的各类使用问题 熟练操作大型落地镗、车铣复合等重型设备，适配西门子840D、FANUC主流控制系统 跟进引入智能制造技术，推动加工环节自动化、数字化升级 任职要求 本科及以上学历，机械工程、数控技术等相关专业，数学基础扎实者优先 5年以上数控编程经验，其中3年及以上大型复杂零件多轴编程与工艺规划经验 精通UG NX全模块操作及后处理构造器，熟练使用VERICUT搭建完整仿真体系 熟悉西门子840Dsl、FANUC系统的高级功能与宏程序开发，具备强图纸解读、公差分析能力 有技术钻研精神，对程序安全、加工精度有高要求，能适配重工现场节奏、抗压性强，具备基础英文沟通能力 Responsibilities: CNC Programming: Responsible for the implementation of process plans for large-scale, complex core components in the nuclear/energy sector.
