Job Description Summary The Services Refurbishment Sourcing Team Leader will lead all sourcing and supplier management activities for the Aeroderivative Refurbishment business. You will be accountable for the successful execution of 20–30 Aeroderivative gas turbine package refurbishments annually. By providing strategic sourcing leadership, you will oversee supplier selection, contract management, supplier development, and parts availability throughout the entire project lifecycle.
